1951 Prevost Panoramique Restored Bus
Built in sept 1951 this Prevost Panoramique was powered by a 6 cyl Hurcule was RCAF bus and then converted to motorhome by fibercraft r.v. of ontario. A older timer told me he thought it was junk as it sat in the back yard for 30 years after he drove it from ontario he had paid 7000.00 for it . After towing it home I installed newer dt 360 international motor with 5 speed trans using orginial magnetic silenod shift unit.
The body is full allummiun with steel crossbraceing and was a bit rusty so is being sandblasted and painted rusty areas are cut out and being repaired bit by bit.The inside is still being put back together as a motor home but I still drive it when I can handles quite well working on up dateing gear sets as its still a little slow on the highway project still in works but has all orginial parts on outside thanks for your intrest roadsideray (Ray Dyble).

Hi. I'm trying to track down a bus for a movie which will be shot in Ottawa/Gatineau in the summer of 2009. We only need it for a few days. It's completely Canadian production taking place in the late 50's, early 60's. The contact info on this site is a bit difficult to figure out so I'm posting here in hopes of finding one. Please contact me at

Thank you!!!
